These are the Terms and Conditions for access to and use of this website as well as of the services offered by the AZIA RESORT & SPA via this website. WE ASK YOU TO READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS before using the website.
This Agreement governs your use of this Internet site, including all webpages, applications, contents, and goods, services, features and functions provided or offered on or through this site.
AZIA RESORT & SPA AND ANY ASSOCIATED COMPANIES (hereinafter referred to as "AZIA RESORT & SPA") provide the services and information offered to you via this website (hereinafter referred to as "the services") subject to the terms and conditions set out herein. By viewing, referring, accessing, posting on, interacting, communicating and using the AZIA RESORT & SPA website (hereinafter referred to as "the website") and/or using any of the services offered via the website from time to time you shall be deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions set out herein. AZIA RESORT & SPA reserves the right at any time and at its absolute discretion alter and change these terms and conditions without notice and accordingly, your continuing access to and/or the continuing use by you of the website will be subject to the terms and conditions valid at the time of such access and/or use. Therefore you agree to review these terms and conditions periodically, and by continuously accessing the website and/or continuously using any of the services offered via the website from time to time you are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions as set out herein at the time of such access and/or use. Terms and conditions relating to special offers, which are, from time to time, contained elsewhere on the website, shall, to the extent that those terms and conditions conflict with the terms and conditions contained herein, have priority over the conflicting provisions mentioned herein. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions please do not use the website.
By using this website you agree to these terms and conditions as well as to any modifications and updated the site might post from time to time. In addition you and your party (adults and/or minors) agree by making a booking to be certain of these terms and conditions which are part of your contract with the hotel.
1. WEBSITE USE
The reservations section of the website is provided only to help you to determine the availability of the available services and to make legitimate reservations. You agree to be exclusively and financially responsible for accessing and using the website as well as in connection with any such access or use by third parties on your behalf, including any person under the age of eighteen years. You agree that the reservations facilities of the website shall be used solely for the purpose of making legitimate reservations. The hotel reserves the right to deny access to such facilities deemed to be through not legitimate intentions. For any reservations or emails sent for services for which fees or other amounts may be charged, you agree to comply with and follow these terms and conditions and that payment of all amounts shall be paid by you when due and that you shall follow and comply with all rules and restrictions regarding rates and charges as well as in respect of the availability of all products or services. You shall be exclusively and completely responsible for all fees, charges, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of the website.
2. RESERVATIONS & BOOKINGS
Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in is from 2pm the day of arrival
Check-out is until 12pm the day of departure
All bookings and prices are subject to availability at the time of making the reservation. Availability, prices and cancellation apply to each room type quoted and it is important you go through the room details and conditions provided before making an online reservation.
Special offers can have different terms and/or cancellation policies specific to the offer. It is important you check these before finalising your online reservation.
Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or contract and do not apply to groups or already booked rooms via other agreements. Rates are on a per person, per night and Bed & Breakfast basis unless clearly stated otherwise and vary by arrival date as shown. Rates include taxes but do not include gratuities. The hotel reserves the right to change the rates in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Confirmation of the room reservation forms a binding agreement between you and AZIA RESORT & SPA and cancellation of the reservation constitutes a breach of that agreement by you therefore in case you cancel for any reason whatsoever, any room reservation within a period of not more than 8 days before the arrival date and the check-in time, the AZIA RESORT & SPA will be entitled to keep the deposit as cancellation fees and/or pre agreed damages for the cancelation. If a stated non-refundable rate was chosen at the time of booking, then the hotel will reserve the whole amount paid.
At the time of completing a booking, you will be required to pay a deposit. A discounted non-refundable rate that requires full payment may also be available as a second option. You will then receive immediately after a confirmation email with your reservation number.
For your security and protection please be aware that after your booking has been completed, neither the hotel nor any of its authorized representatives WILL ever CONTACT YOU ANY FURTHER DETAILS either by phone, email or otherwise to ask you to validate or confirm personal information such as your name, address, credit card or bank account details.
AZIA RESORT & SPA takes all reasonable steps to prevent fraudulent and unlawful incidents and to protect the personal information of its clients from any interference.
Any payments from extras purchased at the hotel – such as food, beverages, Spa Treatments, etc., must be paid in full on or prior to the departure date.
Cancellation or amendment may be made up to 8 days prior to arrival without charge. Such cancellations or amendments must be requested in writing.
If a booking is cancelled more than 8 days prior to the arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded.
No refunds will be made in relation to cancellations made 7 or less days prior to the day of arrival or in the case of a no-show.
Bookings can be cancelled by sending an email to res@aziaresort.com . Modifications of bookings can be done by emailing res@aziaresort.com by calling the hotel directly: +357 26 845 100.
If a special non-refundable rate is advertised by us and chosen by you at the time of booking, then your room cancelation will not be refundable.
In the unlikely event of an overbooking, we will allocate appropriate alternative local accommodation at no extra charge. Alternatively the guest may request refund of any amounts paid.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT
This website is not for commercial use. This website is only for personal use.
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Content solely in connection with your permitted use of the Site and solely for your personal and for non-commercial purposes.

You understand that overuse or abuse of the reservation facilities of this website may result in your being denied access to such facilities.

Any disputes shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the hotel is located and therefore shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any action or other form of proceeding brought by any party against the other party arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be brought before the District Court of the District in which the registered office of AZIA RESORT & SPA is situated and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court for the purposes of any such action or proceeding.
You may not assign any of these terms and conditions or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of AZIA RESORT & SPA, which consent shall be given or withheld at AZIA RESORT & SPA’s sole discretion.
