CHEF DE PARTIE (A La Carte Restaurant)

The candidates should have:

·         Excellent knowledge of English.

·         Previous experience in 4 or 5 star hotels in relevant position.

·         Full knife training.

·         Detailed knowledge of conventional, authentic and contemporary ingredients.

·         Good knowledge of different cuisines.

·         Self-discipline and strong work ethic with real pride in work.

·         Proven track record of working in high volume kitchens.

·         Team spirit and pleasant personality.

·         Energy and enthusiasm with great communication skills.

·         Natural flair for first class service and hospitality
