The candidates should have:
· Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
· Previous experience in 4 or 5 star hotels in relevant position.
· An all-rounder with experience both in a la carte and buffet service.
· Huge Passion for food and hospitality, along with willingness to continually learn.
· Detailed knowledge of conventional, authentic and contemporary ingredients.
· Ability to appreciate the finer aspects of food.
· Experience with working in high volume kitchens.
· Proven track record of leading and managing a team.
· An eye for detail overseeing own work and the work of others.
· Always eager to help with a positive problem-solving approach.
· Be an inspiring and positive leader helping others to do the right thing and achieve results.
· Team spirit and pleasant personality.
· Energy and enthusiasm with great communication skills.
· Natural flair for first class service and hospitality.
