Digital Marketing Manager (Full time or Part time)
The Azia Resort and Spa, an exceptional 5 star hotel located in Cyprus, is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to attract and engage potential guests and measure results.
The duties of the Digital Marketing Manager are:
· Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Optimizing online content to rank higher in search engine results, making it easier for potential guests with the most relevant profile, to find the hotel.
· Email Marketing:
Use the hotel email list to send targeted and regular campaigns.
· Influencer Marketing:
Partnering with travel and lifestyle influencers to promote the brand and reach a wider audience of potential guests, increase followers and produce sales.
· Partnership and Promotional Marketing:
Partnering with existing trade partners and other travel companies to take advantage of their promotions and create sales. This is something it is done regularly and successfully and can be extended further.
· Analytics and Data-Driven Decision Making:
Tracking the performance of campaigns and using data to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
· Coordinate Online Marketing sources:
With the support of our sales team, the Digital Marketing manager will work closely with our in house social media creator and outside video creators to achieve optimal results and brand image for both our guest and recruitment online campaigns.
· Hotel Online Branding:
Develop a strong online presence that reflects the company's values and attracts guests and employees who align with those values.
Requirements
· Strong oral/written communication skills.
· An in-depth understanding of social media platforms, industry trends, new technologies.
· Experience managing the use of and/or relationships with digital distribution and social platforms.
· Copywriting skills.
· Highest attention to detail.
· Natural flair for luxury content and products.
· Track record building and maintaining strong business / client relationships.
· University degree or other relevant certificate in a related field.
· Experience in running reports and exporting data from Social Media channels, Google Analytics, email service providers, CRM and other audio/video/social platforms.
· Experience working with content management systems.
Although the preference is for a full time candidate, a part time option is also available to suit the right candidate’s life requirements.
We prefer a candidate located in our offices in Paphos, but we are happy for a remote working candidate as long as the time zone is European or Middle East.
