BUILDING AND PROJECT MANAGER
The hotel:
Azia Resort & Spa is an award winning 5 star hotel located in Paphos boasting innovative design, exceptional service and close commitment to sustainability.
The position:
· Leadership and coordination of ongoing building works and new projects.
· Prepare for each year’s building works.
· Liaise with our team of architects, consultants and suppliers
of fixtures and fittings.
· Ensure that plans and decisions are made in a timely manner.
· Coordinate the construction works and maintenance of equipment.
· Find suppliers for various building equipment and design elements.
· Find solutions for the ongoing improvement works including design
and operation of the various areas of the hotel.
· Oversee Maintenance of equipment and ongoing projects.
The ideal candidate should have:
· Education and/or experience in civil or mechanical engineering.
· Proven leadership and communication skills in similar projects.
· Architectural experience is an advantage.
· EU citizenship or EU work permit.
