Civil Weddings
Civil wedding ceremonies take place at the grounds of the Hotel or at Registry office of either Paphos Town Hall or Peyia Town Hall. You should be in Cyprus at least four days before the wedding. For any person under 21 years old, parental consent is required in the form of a Statutory Declaration stamped and signed by a Solicitor. Three days before the wedding you must apply for a Marriage License by submitting and signing the following documents at the Municipality (working hours 8:30 – 10:00 a.m.)
• Passports.
• Birth certificates.
• Freedom to marry certificate (affidavit) from a solicitor in your own country.
• Divorce certificate (if married before) in the form of the Decree Absolute with Court stamp.
• Civil wedding at the Azia Cyp365.00 (Paphos Town Hall) or Cyp415.00 (Peyia Town Hall) directly payable to the Town Hall.
• Civil wedding at the Paphos Town Hall or Peyia Town Hall: Cyp165.00 directly payable to the Town Hall.
• Setting-up fees for Civil Weddings on the hotel grounds Cyp150.00 for residents (Cyp250.00 for non residents).

Anglican Church Weddings
A meeting can be arranged with the local priest to finalize the details of your ceremony. All of the above-mentioned documents together with the Marriage Licence must be presented during the meeting.
• Priest / Minister fee: Cyp300.00
• Rental of Azia Chapel: Cyp150.00. Cyp250 (if non-resident)

Catholic Church Weddings
The Catholic Church of Paphos does not require a license from the Ministry of Interior but they will require the following:-
• Birth Certificate.
• Certificate of Baptism.
• A certificate confirming that you are free to marry. (as above)
• Divorce papers, if applicable.
• Minister fees: Cyp300.00
• Rental of Azia Chapel: Cyp150.00. Cyp250 (if non-resident)
• Certificate from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. (for Irish passport holders)

Non-Resident Wedding & Church Blessing
Please note that weddings or blessings can be arranged at the Azia Resort & Spa subject to availability of the Chapel and only on the basis that the food, beverage and banqueting facilities of the Hotel will be used after the ceremony.
• Rental of the Azia Chapel: Cyp250.00
• Minister fees: Cyp300.00

Other locations for yourCeremony or Blessing
Your ceremony or blessing can also be held at other locations in the hotel grounds such as in the gardens with a Gazebo or on the seafront. There is a fee of Cyp150 for this service.

If you choose to have both a civil wedding and church blessing on the grounds of the hotel the set-up fee is charged only once.
